About Christopher Fulmer

Christopher Fulmer is a singer, songwriter and guitarist from central Arkansas. He is the lead vocalist and guitarist for the hard rock band Stays In Vegas and is venturing out into the solo artist world. He has been playing guitar and songwriting since he was 14. Music has always been in and around his life, beginning with his grandfather who was a country/bluegrass guitarist and musician. Christopher eventually picked up the guitar on a bet from a friend to see who could learn the fastest, and he never put it down.

Christopher has played guitar as well as lead vocals in earlier bands that included Frontal Exposure, Friction, GRIP and short stint in Two Dogs & One Bone and recorded a 3 song solo EP as well. He went on a musical hiatus for a number of years until in 2011 when a friend suggested that they start up a cover band, which became Stays In Vegas. 

Throughout the years, Christopher has always written songs and poems. His songs range from pure punk rock, to grunge and rock to even acoustic ballads and country/folk numbers. His home has always been with Alternative Rock and Punk. His music ranges from many genres such as indie and alternative style rock, to grungy and gritty rock to acoustic ballads with some country flare. His musical influences range from Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Biffy Clyro, The Police, The Doors, Seether, Incubus, Crash Kings, Queens of the Stone Age, Pearl Jam, Fleetwood Mac, Jack Johnson, Johnny Cash and many others.

His music has been played on 100.3 The Edge, AltRadio.org/Edge of the Universe, and has played numerous shows at venues across Arkansas. He was recently chosen to represent Arkansas musicians as part of a documentary by www.klews.tv covering 50 musicians and bands across the nation. He is currently touring and recording music with Stays In Vegas, doing solo acoustic shows nationwide and working on his second solo album and is putting together promotional shows, regional tour and acoustic sets in support of the album.
